• Education Programs Assistant:
  • Prepare educational packages for classes (Orientations, Home Buyer, Financial Fitness, and Home Owner Workshops)
  • Assist Education Coordinator during workshops
  • Follow up with workshop attendees and other HOC customers

• MIS Assistant:
  • Create our MySpace page
  • Prepare reports using Crystal Report Writer software
  • Update data for Donor Perfect software

• General Office Assistant:
  • Assist with mailings, office organizing, and report preparation.

• Client In-Take Assistant or Intern:
  • Phone screenings for potential participants
  • Case management for assigned case loads
  • Facilitate targeted case management for emergency housing customers
  • Bi-lingual skills very helpful
