Family Transitional Housing

IMPACT! Transitional Housing Program, is a HUD-funded program that provides approximately one year of housing and supportive services to families who are homeless. With a lot of hard work, families are able to re-build their lives and literally transition from being homeless to stable renter to thriving home owner.

Transitional Housing provides:

  • Housing and supportive services for homeless families with children (e.g. childcare, job retraining, furniture)
  • In-depth case management to assist families in gaining/regaining their self-sufficiency
  • Life skills training
  • Budgeting and financial training
  • Credit counseling
  • Job training and referrals
  • Professional mental health and parenting counseling
  • The opportunity to access additional educational and housing programs offered by The IMPACT! Group

To Qualify, families must:

Be employed, drug free, able to pass a criminal background check, have children under the age of 18, and be willing to work with our professional case managers to resolve the issues that led to their homelessness.

A pre-application session may be scheduled with a case manager to determine eligibility. Applications are accepted during designated periods, according to scheduled vacancies.
