The IMPACT! Group is a champion for neighborhoods that are facing the effects of disinvestment and major social changes. The IMPACT! Group’s primary market is Gwinnett County, Georgia. This rapidly growing urban county is experiencing dual challenges of greenfield development and the need for revitalization and redevelopment of areas that were developed 30 years ago.

Since 1994, The IMPACT! Group has invested more than $15 million in the greater Norcross area to revitalize declining real estate. The results have included higher real estate values in the neighborhood and surrounding area and a decrease in criminal activities.

Housing Development

The IMPACT! Group also develops NEW communities in areas where the demand for quality housing at affordable prices is strong.

One of IMPACT's communities is Huntington Court Senior Residences which was built in 2004 and is located on South Lee Street in Buford, Georgia. The 152-unit rental property was developed in partnership with Progressive Redevelopment, Inc., NorSouth Corporation and MMA Financial.
