Together, both communities comprise almost 300 rental units which offer well maintained, yet affordable housing to low and moderate income families

Both Bradford Gwinnett Apartments and Castor Village Townhomes are conveniently located near Interstate 85, public transportation, retail and business centers. All IMPACT! Group properties feature resident amenities and activities that are fun for youth and adults.
