Premier among the new communities developed in part by IMPACT! has been Huntington Court Senior Residences, which was built in 2004 and is located on South Lee Street in Buford, Georgia. The 152-unit rental property was developed in partnership with Progressive Redevelopment, Inc., NorSouth Corporation and MMA Financial.

For over 10 years, IMPACT! was the leading partner in renovating and revitalizing the affordable housing communities of Bradford Gwinnett Apartments and Castor Village Townhomes near the heart of Norcross. Together, both communities comprise almost 300 rental units which offer well maintained, yet affordable housing to low and moderate income families

Both Bradford Gwinnett Apartments and Castor Village Townhomes are conveniently located near Interstate 85, public transportation, retail and business centers. All IMPACT! Group properties feature resident amenities and activities that are fun for youth and adults.
