When considering whether to invest in a new home, this is the first class that we recommend you take.  This orientation gives you an overview of the home buying process and what you'll need to know in order to become a responsible homeowner.  By the end of this class, you will be able to honestly assess whether homeownership is right for you and the next steps to take in getting there.

7.     The difference between “Qualify” and “Afford”

9.     Ways to Prevent Future Foreclosure

Once you have completed this seminar, you are eligible to meet one on one with an IMPACT! housing counselor and/or register for a second class, titled "Realizing the American Dream."
