Group Education

Congratulations! You've bought a home and are getting settled in. But how will you sustain your successful
homeownership? The IMPACT! Group seeks to help homeowners remain comfortable and productive members of their community. To do this, we provide additional education to the public to help existing homeowners avoid the long-term pitfalls that can befall them.

Individual Counseling

The IMPACT! Group offers FREE individual housing counseling to anyone seeking a little more personalized help. Whether you're seeking advice on budgeting, housing discrimination, maintaining your home, refinancing your home, etc., our HUD-trained housing counselors may be able to guide you in the right direction!

Because The IMPACT! Group is a nonprofit agency, our housing counselors are not affiliated with any private company, we can give you honest input for a situation.
