Pre-Purchase Workshops: Available In English and Spanish

The IMPACT! Group schedules classes each month that will tell you what you need to know about buying a home. Housing professionals including real estate agents, mortgage consultants, attorneys, housing inspectors, and credit counselors assist potential homebuyers overcome obstacles to buying a home.

We offer the same homebuyer workshops in Spanish. These workshops bring bilingual housing consultants and professionals to address the cultural and economic obstacles specific to the Latino homebuyer. All materials are produced in Spanish.
