The IMPACT! Group has partnered with the Community Foundation for Northeast Georgia and The Brand Bank to offer you downpayment assistance!

To qualify for this benefit you must first take an online course at Buyers Ed (link below) and then attend an IMPACT! Home Buyer Class.
