IMPACT! Transitional Housing Program is a HUD-funded program that provides approximately one year of housing and supportive services to families who are homeless.

With a lot of hard work, families are able to re-build their lives and literally transition from being homeless to stable renter to thriving home owner.

Our program provides:

Housing and supportive services for homeless families with children (e.g. childcare, job retraining, furniture)
In-depth case management to assist families in gaining/regaining their self-sufficiency
Life skills training
Budgeting and financial training
Credit counseling
Job training and referrals
Professional mental health and parenting counseling
