To Begin the Foreclosure Prevention Process...

If you are behind on your house payments and would like to seek help from an IMPACT! housing counselor, you will first need to complete our online Foreclosure Counseling Form. This confidential form will ask you detailed questions about your financial situation, including your income and expenses. After you submit the form online, it will be sent to an IMPACT! housing counselor who will review your information. Depending on your specific situation, you may be requested to either register for a group class OR to schedule a meeting directly with a counselor. 

Please Note:  If you are working with NACA (National Association of Consumer Advocates) you MUST obtain a release form from them BEFORE completing our Foreclosure Intake Form.  We will not be able to work with you until you have received the release form.
