IMPACT! Transitional Housing Program is a HUD-funded program that provides up to 24 months of housing and supportive services to families who are homeless.

With a lot of hard work, families are able to re-build their lives and literally transition from being homeless to stable renter to thriving home owner.

Our program provides:

Housing and supportive services for homeless families with children (e.g. childcare, job retraining, furniture)
In-depth case management to assist families in gaining/regaining their self-sufficiency
Life skills training
Budgeting and financial training
Credit counseling
Job training and referrals
Professional mental health and parenting counseling
The opportunity to access additional educational and housing programs offered by The IMPACT! Group

PLEASE NOTE

The IMPACT! Group does not provide cash, rental, or utility assistance. If you are in need of financial or material assistance in order to stay in your existing home, and live in Gwinnett County, please call the free Gwinnett Helpline at 770-995-3339. They have a database of assistance agencies in our area that may be able to help. Also, the United Way of Atlanta operates a free helpline that can be reached by dialing 2-1-1.
